Shipping policy

All unistraa products are made to order — nothing is pre-made or held in inventory. When you place an order, we begin production specifically for you, so please allow a short production window before your order ships.

Production time
Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because everything is custom-printed, this time is separate from shipping transit time below.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery address — you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally to most other countries.

Multiple items, multiple packages
unistraa's product line spans several product types (shirts, hoodies, mugs, and sticker add-ons), each produced at a different specialty facility. If your order includes more than one product type, it may arrive in separate packages, on different days, from different cities. This is normal — each item is tracked separately, and you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Where orders ship from
All of our production partners are based in the United States. Orders shipped to Canada or elsewhere cross an international border; we are not responsible for any customs delays or duties that may apply, which are outside our control.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as each part of your order ships.
